It definitely could be worse, but someone put in an *URGENT ticket to press a button in our CRM. I’m more so hung up on the utter meaningless of it all and how these people are valued so much more than me, but yeah. Literally just had to login to our CRM and click a button, but they made it an all day endeavor.
