When you start learning CSS

Man… Screw CSS… I already know how to make everything be how and where I want it with HTML alone and I still just don’t want a way to make it simpler or better…
How do you colour and position things accurately using only HTML?
Other commenter was right… I did it with old school js… So damn surprised tho how bad shit still is with CSS even these days tho … Wife had to get me to click Ctrl minus to size her weird medical stuff viewable earlier because their damn site is so useless… Lol
Hmm I don’t see anything using the browser’s interface. There has been a few posts like this. Something in particular I could be missing?
If it were in the center, everyone would need to walk around it. This is more efficient for the foot traffic.
