Can’t go wrong with a good cream cheese danish. We used to make these sun dried tomato, goat cheese and balsamic Danish at this bakery I used to work at. Phenomenal

Cinnamon roll bread can be astonishingly good. Pastries in general vary a lot on quality.

I like a good turnover but my faves are all brioche-adjacent. Skoleboler, a cardamom bun filled with pastry cream and then iced with coconut is really yummy. Or do something similar but make the filling lemon curd and top with fresh berries. Using sourdough starter in addition to or instead of (if you don’t mind waiting a lifetime) yeast really improves the flavor.

    Meat

spoiler I love a meat pie. I wanna try and make a mushroom pie, since it's not like I'm big on meat anyway. It's just all that savory in a crust, ya know?

    Samosaaaaa

In my perfect world I’d eat like 3 big ones every day. Matter of fact I might just get some after I get paid today.
