      More like every 5 minutes for 20h straight then forget for 2 day, then chekc it again every 3 minuted

            It was night and day for me. I’ve found vivanvce better than ridalin. I’m technically only prescribed rodalin atm though. But keep forgetting to take the afternoon dose. Who could see that coming. 😅

      Some external habits work for me, like setting an alarm that reminds of something; this only works well with repeating stuff or when I’m not stressed when I set the alarm.
