Going off what Good_Username is, many programs also have like “families” which is the group of kids you’re put in. Higher level kids (more points you have) are put in charge. Some are so high up that they are almost treated like staff and you have to ask permission to talk to staff, so thus to these higher level girls too. But in general you’re usually not allowed to talk to ANYONE without permission no matter what levels unless you’re head of family so. Lol.

Some of the parents are well-meaning. It’s hard cause I do want to be mad at every parent for their decision, but I know how good the programs are at portraying themselves as good and brainwashing parents.
