… Interesting. Never heard of these. How do you get it? How much storage does it have?

Never… Pine kinda throws you the thing completely half assed for the people to build the whole stack. It’s a really slow process.
I guess I’ll say “same” too. Not the only feed, but it’s a noticeable one.
So, you are willing to give your location to Google anytime any app asks for the location permission? A lot of people is not. And there’s been efforts over time to get privacy-friendly location services. So there’s clearly demand for this, even if it’s still niche due to lack of knowledge.
Nothing to add yet, just glad there’s a replacement effort going, and wish them the best. Hopefully it will be in a useful state soon.,
I didn’t watch the rest after the first episode… It felt so… Forced.
Didn’t the Aurora store get their anonymous profiles killed? You still need to login right?
People start contributing usually after they have used it successfully a few times. I understand “make yourself your own map” might not sound as the most appealing solution here.
Awesome thanks! It says… Updated 4 months ago?
As someone that never heard of this… What’s the deal with this camera? Does it do all the processing in the phone, or does it rely on the cloud®?
Sets himself up for the Grapheneos fanboys flogging. I’m using Grapheneos myself, and i agree they are not very… Tactful in addressing some specific usecases. I agree with the doctrine of not weakening the system, but an option should exist for people that understand the consequences, and still need a different use than the one envisioned by the developers. I’m not talking about root, there’s more decisions that are made for you without your saying. For your safety. But still.
after several countries unilaterally recognized a Palestinian state.
…Unilaterally?? So, which one would be the other side in this??
NFC payments are NOT happening in FOSS I’m afraid. No bank will expose their APIs for it, and any FOSS app dealing with payments might get sued pretty fast.
Anything blue or on the right of blue will vote against green policies. That’s your threshold I guess. Same for surveillance (blue ->pro).
Allowing manufacturers to know how a benchmark is performed also allows them to more easily artificially cheat when they know the benchmark is running.
I…Think I found the issue. A classic case of “increase max upload size on your reverse proxy”. Which I thought I did… https://lemm.ee/comment/12234368
Thanks for all the help through the process!
O.M.G…so many hours wasted. One of my first searches already returned “you should increase client_max_body_size
to something like 50000M
”, and I was like I aLreAdy iNCreAseD mY client_max_body_size tO zERo sO its uNLimIteD DuH <spongebob.jpg>
Well turns out my client_max_body_size 0 parameter was in a section defining parameters for a different container/server. So of course it wasn’t applying to Immich. Just added the same line to Immich section too, restarted nginx…and the backed up asset count is already wayy ahead of the ceiling it would always hit at 180ish assets. I think I might have found my issue.
Thanks for all the help and following up!
The use of “liberal” has been taken by the right, from the neo-liberal they started with. Now they consider themselves the true liberals. It’s the good ole 1984 newspeak strategy of taking the words out of their original meaning to make them lose their meaning, and their ideas behind.
