I just looked this up and the first links are trans reddit gatekeeping being trans on this issue. Saying people that have this done are “trans” (with the quotations 🤮🤮🤮) and how their just fetishists.

Its sickening, being in a marginalized community and experiencing all the bigotry and hate that comes from being trans, and turning around dishing out that exact same bigotry to other trans persons. Its really fucking gross.

I personally, think im either going to choose to stick with what i got, or get rid of and replace it. But thats my thought, my call, and my body. And your body is yours! Mine give me extreme dysphoria, maybe yours doesnt and i think thats awesome!

Editing this comment to say that theres a nonprofit called Rainbow Railroad thats objective is to help relocate any lgbt lettered people from unsafe places anywhere in the world, to a safe place. For anyone that needs it ❤️

I personally havent heard alot about them but if they are doing that successfully then i love it and im all for it. And perhaps it can be a link in the sidebar at some point.

Edit edit: according to their numbers theyve had just under 80,000 requests for help since founding, with over half being supported through their network, and almost 2500 ultimately relocated. Seems like awesome work, relocation numbers are low but i imagine thats because relocation is HARD. But it does seem like they genuinely help and they do have success stories

Clean rooms are overrated. I mean obviously dont live disgustingly, but i do think too much emphasis is put on being spotless. I think its ok to just be mostly put together. Thats something im trying to get my partner to understand, because currently shell spend hours cleaning one thing and then beat herself up because its not perfectly clean

Hell yeah! We dont all have it together alll the time, even as adults. Youll find that adulthood is much the same as being a minor, especially if you dont have the most helpful birthgivers. I didnt either, and my upbringing was steeped in racism, homophobia, and any other bigotry and prejudice under the sun. The biggest thing i learned from all that is where hate gets you.

Congraties im so happy for you! My first pathways appt is in 42 days and it CAN NOT GET HERE SOON ENOUGH. Im actually checking the app everyday like 3 times a day to see if theres an earlier appt.
