i finally get to quit my job and as such this account is no longer needed ^_ my last day is tomorrow (with about 3 months of holiday before the phd starts to regain my sanity), so i won’t have to be politically normal or at work anymore alhamdulillah

let my final word in this world be:

they’re weird and funky and great and invasive (in my area)

the goon squad were a bunch of chill dipshits that hung out in WoW and EVE online, just generally dicking about and annoying people who took things too seriously. i still exclusively play on rp-pvp servers, because those were the only places we used to play, so that we could annoy RPers and gank tryhards.

the goon squad (or bee squad) exist as a counterweight in gaming, to stand against the tide of wall-punching, keyboard-breaking, slur bros who infest the internet 🥰✨
