Woman on the left is a TV presenter and famous theater/TV artist/personality, more or less sympathetic of suckdem politics, but not important for the story right now.
Dipshit on the right is the son of argie Jimmy Hoffa, he was appointed as union leader too. The Moyano family, not comrades, not satan’s worst spawns either, just honest mobsters / average corrupt politicians that should be shot after the revolution 
So in last July/August I think, 4 AM of a freezing night, his girlfriend scaped running half naked from his apartment (fancy-ish neighborhood in Buenos Aires) and he chased after her, both of them heavily intoxicated. She reached some police before he could catch up with her.
Looks obviously really bad, lots of politically relevant “drama” ensued.
Now this dipshit went to be interviewed by this famous woman in the picture, not sure if live interview or recorded. In any case he was COMPLETELY coked out, absolutely out of his mind. The whole interview is fun to watch. The picture is a candid moment of the interviewer reacting to this guy being completely wasted.
