It’s still developing right now, the first person to bring the allegations wasn’t the victim and they deleted their original post (might also have been a right wing grifter? Some conflicting info going around). Geller hasn’t responded at all. It’s not totally set in stone but it looks pretty bad.
He was accused of SA a day or two ago, then people found records that he was suspended from UNC for a semester for SA.
The gaming media outlet he’s a part of has also let him go.
