Why was the Lion King game on the snes so difficult?
So you couldn’t beat it before your mom had to take it back to Blockbuster
Yep same goes for Aladdin and a bunch of other movie tie in games of the era.
My parents bought me fucking Toys (the Robin Williams movie) instead of Toy Story for the SNES and it was the most impossible shit ever.

Oh goddddd Aladdin on the genesis was a ball buster for me as a kid, that and earthworm jim used to make me gamer rage.
Yeah that’s why there was no save game on those titles. They wanted you to have to keep renting it and keep failing and restarting.
I finally went back and beat it after 20 years when I was visiting my dad one weekend (he still had my snes and the games)

Accomplished. It’s actually a pretty damn good game just play it on an emulator with save states.
