They didn’t even contradict you, they just asked for an explanation, even if we agree it would be better that no explanation was required because the problem is quite obvious.
I said what I said because it is telling that there are massive blind spots for this sort of thing even in a space like this, not that it is specifically that user being a problem. It is structural and cultural. I guess I could have elaborated more on that I was just annoyed.
