Yeah I’m 42 now. In some ways I can’t believe it. I mean my body is more in the state of a 92 year old but in my mind I feel like I could still be a teenager in some ways.
I feel you, like I still have some youth in me, I can do some physical stuff and still recover the next day but it’s getting harder, either that or I just really need to get into shape.
I get badly injured now doing the slightest thing, and I don’t know whether it’s purely because of the weakness from my stroke or age related too. There used to be a sci fi show called The Girl From Tomorrow. They had this high-tech shower thing that didn’t use water, the characters would stand in it and a beam of light would come down and clean them. I always fantasise about having one of those, except instead of just cleaning you it cures all your ailments and rejuvenates you back to the prime of youth.
