        If only we could be so lucky. Christopher Columbus was sort of a proto-premillennial dispensationalist and the Congregationalists (Puritans) have been premillennialism dispensationalists since the 1600s. And unfortunately, both of those particlar strains became theological undercurrents of new world colonialism and culture (hence the US being the hot bed for this sort of thing for most of its history).
