Couple weeks ago someone ransacked my van and stole my laptop. Fast forward a fortnight or so and some nice soul I met in an FB “Buy Nothing” group (the “Buy Nothing Movement” or whatever it’s called is a bit problematic, but a source of free shit is a source of free shit ayy) has bought me a laptop that is a thousand times nicer than the one that was stolen.
So I thought I had lost the password for this account and gotten locked out, not even two months after I created this account for that same very reason. So I made a new account, /u/shoplifting.
Aaaaand I lost the password for that account. I have it written down on a piece of paper in this shithole. I don’t wanna look for it right now though.
So uh as it turns out, I had the password for this account saved on Microsoft Edge. ＼（〇_ｏ）／
Those are standard op tactics. Makes sense, buy nothing is dual power structures. Doesn’t even have to be feds, capitalism rewards this sort of behavior because if it didn’t it would crumble away.
