I don’t know how it is for others but 20% is considered the bare minimum lest you want them to spit in your food. The real expectation is that you pay over 100%, since you’re going out to eat and therefore must be fucking loaded. 20%? You are there to wine and dine the server and make them feel welcome in your presence.
