Brian Johnson was a mass murderer that makes Ted Bundy and Jeffrey Dahmer look innocent by comparison. Being shot in the back with no warning was a mercy he didn’t deserve, he should’ve faced far worse for his crimes.
This trial will be like the Rittenhouse trial. The only relevant part will be jury selection.
Are you referring to the state trial? They are hoping they will be forced to dismiss the case, although I think it’s unlikely for that to happen.
Apparently New York has a much broader interpretation of double jeopardy than most states, so fingers crossed
