Got my paycheck, and it was REALLY shit. For a biweekly check, it was a really bad check. Me and my roommate are living in a heat wave right now, so the electric bill has been killer. I also financially support her a lot. She is on disability, but we all know that disability is no where near enough. I’m also disabled and have posted about it here before, but she’s worse off than me so I’m okay with working to support the both of us.

I do plan on going to food pantries of course now that I’m finally more familiar with the area we moved. My room mate has MS though so she has some dietary restrictions
