Um…correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t Russia produce fuel? Also is this person saying that Ukraine was selling fuel to Russia until recent worker strikes? Am I misunderstanding this post or is the author extrapolating a lot from the sale of Chinese EVs?
They think that Russia’s oil revenues are dependent on Russian residents fueling their vehicles.
I’m not sure that’s what they’re saying; this person said fuel is running out at the gas stations; I don’t think this author knows Russia produces fuel
I think they’re suggesting Ukraine has hit enough Russian refineries to severely limit capacity. I haven’t been paying attention to ukraine so idk if that happened, though
