Legislatures in left-leaning states have consistently rejected bills that would bar transgender student-athletes from participating in sports in line with their gender identity. But this November, the question of whether to exclude them will go straight to voters in two blue states, Colorado and Washington, and one swing state, Arizona.

        I took Fishnoodle’s comment to mean that kids sports is a stupid issue to have to legislate or vote on. People would rather tackle issues like healthcare and foreign policy, which conveniently aren’t on the ballot. Instead, all we are allowed to vote on is manufactured culture war bs.

          They were being dismissive and rude.

          There’s plenty of other posts about those subjects they can comment on. It was unnecessary to comment on a post about trans rights that no one fucking cares.
