I remember talking briefly to a police who was discussing a 19 year old that got into a fight with a cop.
The community called the person a kid and a child. The cop made a point to call the kid an “adult”. They went on to say that they wanted when their “child”, who was graduating college that year at 23, to feel safe moving back here.
It is like they are being dumb on purpose and wasting time looking for good faith our of shitheels is dumb.
