It is much easier to just say “I have been lied to this time by people I don’t know.” than it is to say “I have been lied to and manipulated my entire life by the people who have told me they are trustworthy and only looking out for me my whole life.”

Liberals don’t believe the news media is lying to them, only that the news media is incompetent.
Exactly, they’re trustworthy, because they all say that they are, they wouldn’t lie about that, because you can trust them!
