what does notepad++ offer to begin with? i thought it was just notepad but with syntax highlighting. either way i’m never leaving neovim or whatever the next fork will be.
It has all the features of your distro’s default gui text editor (like xed or whatever), but it’s on Windows where that’s actually better than what people are used to.
