Yes, sometimes North Korea also makes their own dubs of Animated movies and shows, most of the time it’s based on the South Korean Dub and theres not a lot of change. I think a few years ago the Shrek movies North Korean Dub got leaked online, also Disney seems to be very popular in North Korea. Also North Korean Studios do some times work on Western animated shows and Japanese Animes too, we just don’t know too much about it because of the US sanctions.
