Yes, but you have to remember that from a western media perspective, Iranian lives only count as 1/1000th of a real life, so 93 million Iranians only count as 93 thousand people.
He’s an 80 year old that never entered adulthood and cannot see the world from anyone’s perspective than his own.
That’s an indication of a severe psychological issue.
He is not ok and never has been.
