I wonder if the game corner works like in the original release
IIRC it did for the 3DS Virtual Console version of gens 1 and 2, though I remember they did have fairly high age ratings in the store because of it.
The funny thing about removing gambling from Pokémon is that it literally taught all children everywhere that casinos are really boring and frustrating places. I’ve never used a real-life casino in my life, probably in part because of those childhood memories…
