If you visit any war museums in Vietnam they really drive home how terrifying the B-52 fascist death machines were and how important of a goal it was to stop them. MiG-21 pilot Vũ Xuân Thiều sacrificed his life to ram one of them with his plane. Unbelievably heroic.
