The videos I’ve seen so far were all of expats. In other words, people who were most likely enthusiastic opponents of the government in Venezuela. Of course those people are celebrating. There is no celebration within Venezuela on video. The American media would have published them long ago to show Americans that they don’t live in the most evil and harmful country in the world after all.
