    The US cannot give any credence to the ICC whatsoever, and so is forced to attack it over this.

    Why ?

    Too many American service personnel would be I. ICC jail.

    Yes… the ASPA (2002) act was passed foot the reason of keeping US military personnel out of jail for war crimes.
