If they were park rangers, sure, but a random career government bureaucrat has no enforcement authority here.
The bear was killed Thursday afternoon in the northwest of Iceland after police consulted the Environment Agency, which declined to have the animal relocated, Westfjords Police Chief Helgi Jensson told The Associated Press.
Environment Agency is to blame here, not the cops.
Her unique talents are expected to be utilized within the Israel Defense Forces, where she is likely to serve as a performer, showcasing her musical abilities for fellow soldiers as part of the military’s cadre of exceptional artists.
“Anyone present in this area after this time will be considered a terrorist,” the leaflet read in Arabic.
You heard it here first, leaflets is all you need to justify killing civilians on mass. Other countries were doing it wrong all along.

I stated my opinion and linked to the article that supports that assertion. If Russia was unhappy with that “claim” they could have refuted it by a simple image or video, which they didn’t do.
Do you have any Russian sources to corroborate this?
Lack of refuting from Russia is confirmation of that being the case in my eyes. If you need a detailed response from Russia’s spokesperson, then there isn’t one.
When he was hiding in a bunker from his own people.
They actually don’t use the fund to subsidize it. And many policies were added overtime, which any managed economy should be able to do.
The Norwegian EV incentives:
Very unlikely. There was a possibility early on that Putin would decide to go out with a fiery bang of glory, but time passed and nothing happened. He might threaten use of nukes, but won’t actually use them for fear of retaliation. The whole fucking point of nuclear weapons was deterrence until the brain-dead US decided to actually use them. One can hope the world learned their lesson.
They haven’t ruled out other possibilities, but they found a link that suggest it’s possible. More studies are needed.
Extreme stress is already associated with cerebral cortex thinning, but just that alone doesn’t match the previous projections and studies.
They don’t allow any foreign journalists to cover IDF from Israel. Only local journalist in Gaza or West Bank do the reporting and get shot dead.
retroactively legalized
What that means is illegal by all international laws and norms, and not recognized by any other country in the world. But since the US likes to be humiliated by Netanyahu, they continue to outflank even Israeli’s themselves on how much they try to cover for the authoritarian Israeli government.
Seems to be a direct response to 5 Palestinians killed in a drone attack and a teenager shot dead in Tubas, West Bank and 3 killed in another drone attack in Tulkarm, West Bank. Escalation always leads to more escalation.
Isn’t it? That’s what neutral means. But, that doesn’t mean there is something wrong with not including their perspective in this article. The point of the site, is to let you decide what is relevant, instead of someone else making that decision and pushing it down your throat.
People keep saying that everything is biased, but when confronted with what no bias looks like, they see that bias is not so bad as long as people are aware of it.
That’s the point of the site. It doesn’t have any preference and just points out the lack of different perspectives instead of saying that a single perspective is correct. You are free to have your own opinion and filter the content through your own lens while knowing which facts are verified, unverified or misleading.
Watch Destin from StarterEveryDay speech and analysis at American Astronautical Society. Launching something into space is a small part of the space mission, the easiest part really since you have full control and resources on Earth and can easily pivot.
Well, US would have nobody else but themselves to blame. They spent around 5 billion on SpaceX and have nothing to show for it. They are still using mostly the same NASA tech used in Apollo mission 50 years ago…
For Biden specifically, yes. See my comment here https://lemmy.zip/comment/12687469.
But Israel has enormous influence in US politics. They are by a huge margin the biggest spenders in US politics among foreign nations. And they don’t care who you are as long you give them want they want.
Sheldon Adelson gave Trump 100 million for moving the US embassy to Jerusalem (which under international law doesn’t belong to them). Now Miriam Adelson wants to give him another 100 million if he supports Israels’s effort to illegally annex the Palestinians West Bank.
