There are no public schools (wich are the 99,99%) that have them. Private schools are something different because the parents/child can just not go there. So yes there might be a private school with uniforms, but no they aren’t a good idea and aren’t constitutional in 99,99%
You could do a dress code however. Some schools have that to a certain extent.

It’s not constitutional for the state, but that doesn’t say anything about what private institutions can do.
