I’ve overheard her talking to her mom on the phone how supportive I am and how good of a listener I am. This is the first relationship I’ve managed to do these things and we’re getting married in 4 weeks :)

The F16 is in such an amazing aircraft, US really knocked it out of the park with that one. Multi-role AA/AG, HARM deployment, laser and gos guided bombs, a great targeting pod and HTS for SEAD/DEAD, great speed, and it can hold its own in a dogfight even though it’s outclassed by newer gen fighters.
It’s really a great platform.
Yeah if its something ad hoc I’ll paste values but for sheets meant to be maintained I’ll do it in PQ through merges or calculated columns. Lookups get the job done but they are expensive ;)

Xlookup works fine for like 90% of cases, I save index match mainly for when I need to return multiple lookup values. In which case I load into BI because I always forget how index match works 😫
My go-to bully defense is making fun of their name, it’s so innocuous and not profane, yet it still stings and makes people wonder if they do have a stupid name :)

I’m with that guy, I get out of work at a set time I like to have some daylight after work. Doesn’t matter what time I wake up, I don’t wanna do things before work I just like to see the sun after work it gives me something to look forward to.
Yeah if you’re out of shape just go for some walks. I have a dog so I have to take 3 walks a day. I could just take her to a patch of grass but she needs exercise too so I at least take her around the neighborhood.
All that to say, those little walks are sometimes the only part of the day where I can think and process my thoughts. I highly recommend going without headphones for that reason.

I think it’s just the most simplified you can get talking about cellular biology, specifically when teaching organelles. So most primary science textbooks use that terminology and it’s more memorable than all the other organelles so it just stuck and it got repeated and reviewed every year and it sorta became a pre Internet meme and part of a shared consciousness if you were schooled in the US.
I’ve noticed this a lot lately. Extremely long winded and well written emails that could just be a few bullet points.
Give me the human version please. If your email fills my entire screen it’s going through the GPT gauntlet and if your point is lost that’s kinda on you.
If you ever find a way around this let me know, it’s maddening. Especially overseas contacts where I have to wait a day in-between responses, sometimes it takes a week or more to get what I need.

It also doesn’t do well with modern SAM, so you’d have to have more modern jets run SEAD for them to get in and do their job, but all those modern jets are also easily capable of anti tank bombing.
Yeah candor/feedback are hard in relationships and getting “consent” before doing that can help a lot. It takes a lot of trust to get to that level.
