WTF? They fixed mine for free, and they showed me the “bill” and it supposedly would have cost many thousands of dollars.
Sometimes I buy groceries and just think about the fact that I’m going to poop it all out later.
This happened to me with my Volt. Had to have the BECM replaced, just like it says in the article.
I’m hanging in there. House is a mess, because we just got fumigated for termites. The garage door is broken. We don’t have heat right now (thank goodness we live in a warm climate). But I’m still so thankful for what I have. Spouse has been such a help through all this.
I’m really sorry you feel this way. I hope the apathy fades away and you find joy in life. Take care of yourself, and get help if you need it.
Sorry work sucks. I’m glad you have a light at the end of the tunnel!
Do not do that
Made a new friend, got diagnosis and treatment for ADHD, learned to use a sewing machine, got into American Girl dolls and doll photography, had some guests over at my house, got further into climate activism.
We call each other and catch up occasionally, text here and there, send Christmas and birthday gifts, meet up when I’m in town. My brother used to be my best friend when we were kiddos.

Just to clarify, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with being autistic
I’m a day late, but I have a lot to be thankful for! My partner, friends, food, home, better mental health, and so much more
I’m good, but slightly overwhelmed with Thanksgiving prep and everything. I had to go to 5 different stores yesterday to find some collard greens. Having friends over tomorrow!
Post-pandemic, I started to value my privacy a little more, leading me to put up more of a wall of separation between my “public persona” and my real life. Not sure if this applies to others as well.
I hope you find better times ahead and find some new social outlets!
