Thank you everyone for the bumps and love. Turns out it was an ovarian cyst that ruptured. Genuinely at the top of the list with some of the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life. But supposedly should get better over the next couple days to a week, depending on how large the cyst was. Missing work with no PTO while this goes on so really hoping it heals particularly fast.
