It was definitely true in my experience- the general feeling was that it’s very hard to prove any general rules in psychology, because there are so many factors. You want to be able to say “people are ___” but people are just way too complex.
All I remember from my psychology classes is that for every study that shows some phenomenon, there’s another study that shows the opposite. That’s why I switched to math.
edit: well I guess the main reason was to help find a job…

Maybe he has a treadmill sideways against the refrigerator door, so when it goes forward or backwards it opens/closes the door. And each shelf in the refigerator has a tiny treadmill on it so it dumps everything onto the big treadmill when it turns on. And all of the treadmills are remote controlled.

What’s the deal with dandelion wine? Is it really strong, or just an intense flavor?
For me, one of the most annoying things about shopping in stores is that I’m forced to drive to a big box store like Target or Walmart because they’ve forced the local stores out of business, destroying traditional downtowns and walkable neighborhoods and making people need a car to get anywhere. Did they fix that?
