  • Anger is a natural result of discovering that your natural abilities are routinely exploited and taken for granted but your needs that are a direct result of those same abilities will not be met.

My emotions are very well regulated, thank you. It is normal to feel anger when gaslit into thinking your normal human variation is a disorder.

  • The two topics are hard to relate together for me. Machines and automation of them in our current system implies someone owns both the automated machine AND the output of said system. (Let’s conveniently forget the essential contributions of the human wage-slaves making the whole thing operate, cuz fuck ‘em)

So once we have figured out how to get people to move past greed-based concepts of private ownership of every fucking thing that moves, the ‘automation question’ you pose will automatically be solved too.

  • Yes! Autism is partly social difficulty, but that is not the same as a lack of social/emotional perceptivity. The difficulty is mutual among all parties.

I totally ’get’ what is going on in most social encounters, I just feel very little obligation to expend the energy to match the situation quite often.

Lately, I have become more ‘demanding’ socially. It’s working fine, and my attitude has become ‘I will meet people halfway’ in terms of working to accommodate the group vibe.

Quite often, others will sus out my wavelength too and it results in them doing more of their share of the ‘work’ of socializing. If not, well, I am better off learning that they won’t do their share.

I have lately become utterly fine with who I am. I am the normal one, conform to me.
