From what I’ve read, they often get trapped in human-made containers and die. The containers are also often less resistant and durable. However, it seems to be still unclear why they do that, if purely by lack of proper shells, or if they see some advantage in some containers.

But zotero deals with that just fine. If you remove a citation from the text, the reference at the end will be removed as well. and each new citation will be added normally.

The potions and scrolls come like that, so we have to identify them first, either by trial and error or using identification scrolls or stones. It’s a mechanism to add some sort of realism and a greater challenge. Armor and weapons require using strength potions to properly use them. That last one I agree that isn’t well done, because we get lots of scrolls to upgrade stuff, much earlier and in greater numbers than strength potions, so the new equipment we find usually aren’t better than our upgraded stock ones and we need to carry them for a long time until being able to use.

Do you have access to a computer with an sd card reader? I believe the best and safest thing to do is to connect it to a computer, create disk image from it and try ro use a data recovery tool in the image file.

Edit: if you only have the phone, maybe you could try looking for apps to copy a disk image from the sd card and to recover data or try using some terminal emulator or one of those apps that install a linux distro inside android to use the dd command and then use testdisk and photorec tools. I recommend the second option, because the tools are open sourc and well tested

A long time ago I tried to run multiple distros in live mode on it and got only one (Puppy) to work. Display, sound, ethernet and pretty much everything worked fine. GPU seemed to be an issue though because NVidia and I couldn’t install the driver (it was skill issue and I think it’s possible to do). But now it doesn’t work for some reason.

Puppy linux has 3 versions, based on different distros. Maybe you tried one version back then, and now a different one?

In this world of enshittification and organizations becoming more and more aggressive, it’s so nice and refreshing to see proton doing the opposite and moving to a better model :)

If your only problem with tkinter are the looks there are some theme extensions that can make it look more modern, like ttk bootstrap

Running mxlinux on an old pc here, and I recommend it heavily. It’s a lightweight system that is also user friendly for people new to linux.
