Most people when they hear “drama” they think things like the brain dead hissy fits on reality TV. The kind of pointless fighting we should avoid. Destigmatizing the word would legitimatize that stuff.

We really need a better word for this posts topic where there’s very public back and forth but it’s a much more valid moral disagreement.

In many Christian communities gold = heaven. Many of the people I grew up with believe Trump gold plating everything is a sign of his closeness to God. The statue isn’t a direct idol, but it’s so close and tied with so much other imagery and language in those communities that it’s not fully free from it either.

They stop short of praying to it, but there’s a weird idolization of Trump and his gold imagery that the gold statue has become the face of. There’s this feeling at least that Trump’s followers worship him as they use all the imagery that was specifically preached against in large swathes of the country for hundreds of years. It was held up as the ultimate sign of sin amongst humans and now they’re embracing that imagery.

Wait until you find out about the gold Trump statue that was unveiled recently.

I haven’t watched anime in a while but I recall these as being solid and not porno. They should all be about the same level of maturity as Attack on Titan and JoJo. Also just in case you didn’t know. Naruto has two sequels. Naruto Shippuden which follows Naruto still after a time skip, and then Boruto which follows his son.

A lot of military sims are really quite basic and they’re used more for things like teaching students how to park a submarine before they go touch a real (albeit still practice) one. They’re not super accurate and don’t include weapons often.

Godot got way more eyes on it during the Unity debacle and has gotten a few really good updates since then. Hopefully that trend continues. I believe it was packaged with Battlefield 6 as their map editor for players which can’t hurt it’s uptake.
