For @festnt@sh.itjust.works it also didn’t load and you both seem to not be using the default lemmy interface which seems to be the common factor, if you come on this thread in the default lemmy interface you can see both https://sh.itjust.works/comment/18867622
I guess both interfaces of you two dont support video embeds, maybe someone didn’t report this issue yet in their repo
It was a mp4 video and it displays fine for me, but heres a webm and tell me if you can watch this one
What do you mean by video not being supported on Lemmy?

- selective exclusion from basic rights
No true progressive leftist would be in for either of the two, but in regards to the other two it can become tricky to know
One very helpful concept is the tolerance paradox
Or simply ignore the gaslightning that tolerance is a paradox and take it as a social contract where both ends must comply, if one won’t then you shouldn’t take for granted the other should

- everyone is the same
- everyone deserves the same satisfaction of their needs
- a roof over your head, food and drink are inalienable rights.
Any progressive leftist would agree with those things hence why I’d be all for them and as you said there are exceptions in radical left where they shouldn’t be taken seriously

If you were to say progressive leftists is where I’d be all for

Probably your interface, lemmy default interface seems to display fine .mp4 .webm .mp3 the devs maintaining the interface you’re using either havent been made aware of it not working or just simply need this compatibility to be ported over
