Committing to just the tiniest bit of exercise last week was a fail. Part of it was remembering to do so but part of it I think was letting myself have the time to do it when there’s like a million other things to do.

I’m just gonna hold the line the rest of this week on trying to maintain better sleep because that’s been hard enough.

Yeah I don’t think most ADHD professionals agree with that assessment. I understand it is mostly neurobiological and genetic. I think that book came out like 20+ years ago so enjoy the read but keep that in mind. I like the website additudemag.org for learning and resources.
