I use VNC Viewer to connect to my linux computer that’s on 24/7 so I can get the full desktop web experience no matter where I am outside. It works really well and I can see the fullscreen without having to worry about the page refreshing or dealing with limited mobile sites or downloading yet another app.
I prefer Brave’s interface over Safari on iOS even if they both use the same engine. I like how Brave has the scrollable tabs in portrait mode and the search button on the bottom so I don’t need to reach over. Also it syncs well with my laptops which I use Brave on too.
For the laptop, you can use an HDMI capture card and OBS to use it as a second monitor. Keep in mind though that it’ll only support the resolutions that the card supports so depending on the card you may be limited to only 4k or 1080p resolutions.
