I think the general consensus is that it’s elven society that considers 100 the age of maturity. Elves grow to adulthood at the same rate as humans, but the knowledge and worldly experience they must gain is what elves see as being an adult.

So, a 73 year old elf would be more than able to drink responsibly

Most of the songs are meant that way, but some (cutscene music for example) take the forefront. A different use case is normal though. It’s kind of like saying you’re not supposed to enjoy anything not prepared by a 5* chef.

So, you’re talking about a dedicated ‘sit down and listen to this album in whole’ kind of experience? I don’t think even most albums are great for this, but yeah video games typically aren’t good for this because of the different moods they go through. I listen to a few straight though though:

Literally reinventing the wheel

Kind of like saying Call of Duty is basically just shooting guns and if you don’t shoot the right things it sets you back. The fun of the game is getting good at the game.

Personally, I absolutely adore SDV. The music and sound effects are embedded in my soul. The characters are just charming. The pixel art is simple but endearing. Multiplayer is a ridiculous amount of fun. And with the continuous updates, I always feel that I can hop back in to discover more, so it feels like a living world that I visit.
