Wrong sales pitch. Should have been “A new and innovative way to cut corners”
OMG. They want 2.5M$ for that place. Just imagine the amount of work you would need to make this place habitable for normal people again, and the price would probably double.
The color of the place would not want me to cook there, either.

You are not alone with that problem. A supermarket in Berlin had Christmas articles on sale this Monday.
But they actually had a reason for doing so: The supermarket chain had a foto session of the products for the Christmas season advertising, and simply sold off whatever was left.
We have a company like that here somewhere. When they have one job a year, they have to reduce hours, if they have two, they are doing OK, and if they have three, they have to work overtime like mad. Don’t ask me what they are selling, though. It is big, runs on tracks, and fixes roads.
