Its not a female toilet, its for anyone who identifies as a woman. Or if you wanted to be more literal by the normally used icons, skirt or trousers. Not sure where that leaves men in kilts though.

Probably a mix of luck and industries. I have without a doubt found smaller to be better in the skilled jobs I have had, but not the unskilled ones.
