My guy, there are 400 million guns in the US and rising. The genie’s been out of the bottle for too long. There is no conceivable way to take those guns away from people without either paying very little to buy back those guns, which isn’t viable because there is no way some dude will sell their custom competition AR-15 that cost them 3000 dollars for 100 to the government, or a massive authoritarian crackdown that would result in hundreds of thousands of deaths.

Every single person who commits mass shootings/school shootings is usually a white supremacist who was known to the police to be a dangerous individual and yet they took no action. And, even if they knew about him, they don’t usually do anything because, like RATM said, some of those who work forces are the same that burn crosses. They don’t want to upset their racist buddies. It doesn’t matter how much gun control you pass if the cops won’t do anything about dangerous white supremacist gun hoarders. In fact, any gun control passed is just used against minorities and minorities only because they know if they tried that shit against white supremacists they’d get another Waco. You can clearly see this on the way ICE is operating, they’re not deporting dangerous criminals from cartels, they’re deporting regular ass immigrants who just LOOK like they’re “illegal”.

Adding this to the movement nerfs in BO7 (you can’t ADS while sliding, diving and wall jumping anymore unless you use a perk) this whole thing might have made the devs realize that “oh shit nobody likes mega sweaty movement bullshit other than mega sweats”. Those kids aren’t even good at movement, they just abuse the broken movement mechanics. You can tell they’re awful at it because every time they try to play an actual movement shooter like Titanfall 2 whenever it’s on a huge sale or in a free weekend they get their shit rocked and uninstall after one hour. You’ve not experienced an actual movement demon until you try to shoot at a G100 (max prestige) Titanfall 2 pilot who proceeds to dodge your shots effortlessly, hop all around the map without losing an ounce of momentum just to get you from behind, and shoot you down at Mach 11, while all you can do is look up at them like this:

The true answer: Bombing people is bad, of course, but there’s so many factors at play from the technology and accuracy of the weapons used, to the logistics and presence of military targets that would relieve Soviet troops, and the tactics of the bombing alongside the propaganda after the fact, that it’s hard to say with certainty if the bombing was an actual war crime or not.

Well, sorta. I don’t mind some sort of aim assist to bring parity between console and PC, but the way CoD does it is by making a bubble around an enemy character that will follow them no matter what direction you go to (this is basically rotational aim assist). IMO, aim assist should either only slow down the aim while it’s over an enemy, or have a delay in the rotation to mimic the way a player without aim assist would naturally react to a change in direction.

I’m sorry, but explain to me how is it fair that certain platforms have a literal aimbot while some others don’t? It’s absurd this is even getting discussed.

People that play with aim assist are cooking their brains exactly like students who use ChatGPT for everything and forget how to actually be creative. You don’t learn muscle memory or how to aim properly on a controller when the game literally aims for you.
