Cross compatibility betong one of the things that’s not very necessary in an OS.

I believe that Ringo Starr is a more stable protector of the elf stones than democratic governments. If he cannot control them, then I don’t know who can.

I have no doubt that he’s capable and there is no-one I trust more to only use them wisely. I doubt the elf stones would lend their powers to Ringo Starr unless he was worthy.
