Love the anarchist approach, not so much the other one. IMHO intolerant speech should be punished by social ostracizing, not legal consequences. I just won’t trust any government with the power of censorship.
Democracy, as in the idea that political power can only come from the people and only equally, is just not popular anymore and its kinda tragic. As an anti-authoritarian this is the hill I will die on, but it doesn’t have as many people as I’d like. it’s a cool-ass hill.

1·16 天前Being an ad-driven company annihilated old google. Instead of developing precise and efficient tools (like they used to) all effort goes to convincing users to care about random crap, because the crapmaker is paying up.
As a programmer who enjoys a beautiful solution to a hard problem, this irks me every time I’m forced to interface with google.

3·20 天前The books have crazy good lore and very unique ideas in the terms of society, culture, politics and religion. Even tho they’ve been written in the 50s or something. Not a light read, but if you wanna ponder some stuff it has stuff to ponder. Also great for reading in bed cause it will put you to sleep 😌
The movies are also good (and so frigging pretty) but its hard to squeeze all that into couple hours. Enjoy either way <3
