In America, if you are in prison, you do not really have rights. Prisons are owned by private companies that charge the state for each resident.

Having been to school I know a teacher did not read this question so tge answer is probably A, B, C, or D. Chosen randomly of course. But you will get credit for 3/4 answers as long as you take the time to talk to the teacher during office hours.
The biggest issue with the idea is power. Needing a bunch of batteries or a wall plug to keep this thing spinning a few different motors, and possibly a camera with a computer running depending on features mentioned here. This would likely only run for a few hours on battery.
