Ah shit sorry it didn’t work out for you If you’re still trying maybe make a post in the technology comm, there’s some pretty knowledgeable users there who might be able to help you out.
FYI I just got a booster recently since it was about 6 months from the last one and as far as I can tell all of the 2024-25 Novavax Covid shots expired recently. Here’s a Reuters article claiming the last batch expired on April 30th, but it’s unsourced. I know I wasn’t able to find one at least.
He does know. They all know. They just want to kill disabled people without consequence.
I had a good experience with Linux Mint. It was easy to set up and any problems I had were easy to solve thanks to it being based off of Ubuntu and therefore having a large number of relevant resources and forum posts for troubleshooting.
Edit: Rereading your question and I just realized you asked for most secure, and I have no idea how Linux Mint compares to other distros in that regard. So uhh sorry for my unhelpful reply lol
I believe it, ableism is widespread among western communists in my experience. This seems more extreme than most, but still not particularly surprising to me.
I see people saying this but without evidence that proves putting a limit on fundraising would actually allow more people to be helped overall, we are just deciding what to do based off of vibes/what sounds right. Personally, I don’t think that’s good enough when considering such a serious rule change.
especially since the admins couldn’t give exceptions without effectively endorsing the fundraiser, which they understandably don’t want to do.
For sure, it seems pretty far out of scope to expect mods here to decide who is and who isn’t entitled to extra help. I know leaving it up to the discretion of those giving poses it’s own problems, but I think it’s better (or at least more manageable) overall.

Glad to hear Fedora’s working out nicely so far! I just set up Mod Organizer to use a couple Oblivion mods on Arch like 2 weeks ago and it was super easy, I just added MO to my Steam library and ran it with Proton and it worked just like that. Hopefully it’ll work nicely for you with Skyrim as well.
well at least you’re honest
did you even read my comment or did you just decide to jump immediately to being annoying?

go ahead and report these posts for being news in the cth community, except actual news stories are posted in cth every day so i doubt they will be removed, which you obviously know. try using your brain a little bit
there are 4 real articles on the first page of this comm right now. and before someone makes some smug comment about not reading the article, i did click it to read it and went “oh damn it this is the onion”
idc that much but it is a little annoying to have real news mixed in with fake news, and i prefer being able to hide those sorts of posts altogether.
Any time I’m outside, I’m masking. The only time it comes off for me is to eat lunch at work and I basically hide way in the back of an alley behind my building where people rarely go, which even that I don’t like doing but I have to eat. Aerosols can stay in the air for hours and travel far, plus I live/work in a city so there’s not really anywhere I can go where I know for certain someone wasn’t there recently.

good riddance
I work in a popular children’s arcade in my city and see dozens if not hundreds of different unmasked kids a day and yet I never get sick and am reasonably sure I have never had covid. My unmasked coworkers sure get sick a lot though!
Sorry you keep getting infected but you’re wrong about it being unavoidable. Maybe you’re doing something wrong or maybe you are just really unlucky or something, I don’t know, but respirators work. IIRC even when they fail to prevent an infection, they help reduce the severity of illness since they reduce viral load, but I’d have to do some digging for the source on that. In any case, the science supports masking to reduce the spread of covid.

can you put a cw for the slur please
I’ve been hearing this for the last decade at least, I don’t believe it any more. These people aren’t budding revolutionaries. They show up in droves to choke the life out of any radical movement and water down its demands until it can be safely ignored.
