  • I just installed Manjaro over my windows 10 drive and the effort so far has been way easier than I thought.

KDE Plasma reminds me a lot of WIn 10, and nearly everything I did on my windows system works under Linux without hassle. The only issue I had were certain technical things like overlooking my GPU and setting up my LED lights.

  • I didn’t vote for either in my primary. I chose any other Democrat, like many other people.

We don’t need another DA/Prosecutor or proponent of prison slavery and ignorer of Police Brutality as President. She was against the Israeli War before this, I wonder if that position will change now.

Kamala Harris lost badly in the 2020 Primary, so putting everything on her will not do well for us.

  • I don’t think we need more prosecuters and law and order folks leading the US. For people who need access to their medications to live, we don’t need another person not understanding opiates to make life harder and threatening to put the doctors supporting Chronic Pain patients in jail.

We don’t need another leader against the poor advocating for more prisons to keep slavery a viable business.

We especially don’t need an insider who will follow all the rules of the neocon playback to be pushed on the party like a other Hillary. There are other women available to become president besides the first laser of the 2020 primary. She was the token black woman of Biden’s administration, to show minorities that he actually cares about them, instead of them remembering his crime bill and anti-integration stances.

Just like Biden was used to show white people that Obama wasn’t a bad type of African American president.

The only thing this may do is maybe lower the Israel issue and weapon sales. The DNC are fine with her because she supports the constant failure of Gun Control, Drug Controls, and keeping the poor poor. She won’t push a radical change against business leaders, push for inequality changes for workers, or stop legalized slavery.

I really can’t support her. I would have voted for Biden, but now I can’t find any reason to vote for any presidential candidate.

  • Those were many things on their own that would fix the problems. Fixing the pay inequality is the easiest, but making companies pay taxes would be pretty easily if those in power weren’t bribed to not pass those changes.

Gun laws don’t lower crime, crime has been lowered without them. The media makes good money with pushing the fear aspect, the same way that Trump gets media attention for all the BS coming from his mouth. The media never shows people protecting themselves with gun’s because it goes against their main narrative.

The main reason billionaires push the anti-gun rhetoric is because they don’t want to face the gun’s when people finally get sick of their exploitation.

  • Sadly that’s what most of the gun laws are designed about. Book banning and anti-abortion both are limiting tools because of what a small minority choose to do with the tool.

AI image generation shouldn’t be considered in obscenity laws. His distribution or pornography to minor should be the issue, because not everyone stuck with that disease should be deprived tools that can be used to keep them away from hurting others.

Using AI images to increase charges should be wrong. A pedophile contacting and distributing pornography to children should be all that it takes to charge a person. This will just setup new precedent that is beyond the scope of the judiciary.

  • All this does is impact legal gun owners and makes it so the poor don’t ever have the means to defend themselves.

The only thing that increasing legal firearm costs does is keep the elites able to protect themselves and their lifestyles while making sure nobody can rise up against them.

This means more people are unable to practice with their guns, which has the opposite effect of making things safer.

Firearms are tools and an inalienable right for all people, not just the wealthy. The push by the elites to attack Gun Rights are so that nobody can oppose them when they keep increasing prices and their greed becomes an even greater burden to the rest of the population. Crime has been going down for decades, but the anti-gun groups still push the fear of guns.

The amount of spree shootings are almost insignificant for the majority of kids at schools, but they constantly make kids afraid of guns by pushing the shooter drills.

The fix to gun violence is fixing economic inequality. Stop treating the majority of the population as slaves and increase wages and break up the Oligopoly that controls goods and services. Stop allowing stock market manipulation and bribery. Start charging the wealthy people and multinational corporations taxes like they used to. Stop giving the wealthy people the ability to pay less Social Security taxes and let disabled people not be forced below the poverty line. Force the Stock Market to pay dividends instead of allowing stock price be the only value from investing. Finally, bring back pension funds, stop qualified immunity, regulate media companies again, and fix the election spending problems.

Every single one of those changes will do more to stop violence than increasing taxes on firearms and ammo. Hell, they started promoting smoking again because CHIP funding was down because too many people stopped smoking and the rich didn’t want to pay for childhood health insurance.

I’m glad I don’t live in California anymore, but criminals don’t pay taxes and won’t ever follow gun laws. Also, police have no duty to protect, so their only job in modern society is to fill out the paperwork when some criminal kills an unarmed person. Most police will shoot the civilians they were called to protect from the criminals and will be rewarded with paid vacation time. Making it more expensive to protect yourself and your family really is a bad call.

Oh, and just a FYI; when Biden reschedules Cannabis, it will make every dispensary under the control of the DEA. So the DEA can just close them all down or make up new rules to steal all the profit from Marijuana sales nationwide. The DEA will become the supplier of all Cannabis and everything that the last decade did for legalization will disappear.

Nobody in Government really has a clue and the Supreme Court will keep steamrolling our rights.

  • I think I figured out why Todd Howard seems to have tried to make Fallout die; he never wanted to buy Fallout, but was pressured by Zenimax into purchasing a second IPin case The Elder Scrolls ever fails.

Fallout has always been a backup to The main Elder Scrolls games in case he makes a mistake. If Fallout succeeds in a massive way, there is a chance he will have to start giving it more resources than his own pride and joy.

It’s classic step-parent mentality. The suits made him into a step parent, so he managed a quick skin over oblivion and just copied bits and pieces of the first games stories like a high school student copying a book report from a book he never read. He didn’t really care about the substance from the previous games, but there was a lot of old concept art they could mash up and the 50’s aesthetic meant they could save a lot of money on licensing fees for music.

Then is sold big and ruined his chances for quietly making the story go away. But Skyrim was a huge success which should have made the idea of a second IP unnecessary. So, they decided to focus on their new game and let a company known for doing cheap sequels for other game companies IP.

Personally I wonder if Todd Howard was actually paying attention to who Obsidian had on staff, or if he just wanted a company who was willing to take the millstone from his neck so he could focus on the game he really wanted to make. The reason I think that Todd didn’t know who Obsidian were is because of how he treated the next company who he let play with the Fallout IP.

Fallout 76 was the only other title made by a mostly outside developer. I say mostly, because they were a newly acquired studio who had no real experience. Which led to a failure in Fallout 76 from launch. Compare that to how ESO was put together. It was built by Zenimax Online a core studio designed just for an online MMO Elder Scrolls game. They weren’t forced to use the single-player Gamebryo/Creation Engine. It was designed as it’s own online game.

Fallout has been consistently designed to fail, which is why Microsoft should just remove it from Bethesda and get someone who understands the story and is willing to follow the real story Canon make new games. We’re in this issue because Todd Howard has been forced to work on Fallout, which is amazing how even with him trying the screw it up, we still enjoy the Fallout world.

  • I wish Microsoft would force Bethesda to share their toys with other people.

Todd Howard is the epitome of the egotistical rich wannabe need who takes his toys away if someone does something better than he does.

Gamers love Obsidian’s rushed bullied New Vegas better than 3, make sure they never get another chance to let someone else into their sandbox.

They try to copy Mass Effect’s dialog system and voiced protagonist to do “something new” it backfires. Fallout 4 has no real tied story to it besides a few lines from a single quest from Fallout 3. The Factions are a copy and paste job based around an AI system so they don’t have to write content.

I find it wasetul of Microsoft that they Purchased a studio and IP worth Billions and will allow them to gather dust for over a decade without any ROI? Why aren’t they starting to force Bethesda to make something with the Fallout IP.

InXile should at least be allowed to remaster Fallout 1. They have Brian Fargo still there to oversee it. It all reminds me of Doctor Who taking a break when they were at their peak popularity, then coming back after losing most of their fans.

  • It’s not about affordability at all. The people that are willing to loan the US money are only willing to loan the US money for guns and bullets to go to Israel, money to Ukraine is good as long as its for more guns and bullets because weapons have a great ROI. Healthcare for all in the US has poor ROI so there is no point t to it. People are replaceable here in the US. That’s why they’re trying to push through AI way too early on us all.

With the coming Grant’s Pass Supreme Court decision to legalize slavery against homeless people coming soon, who needs regular employees. Just CCI Prison Slaves for all your manual labor needs. Also, all the former abolitionist states have now passed total gun control legislation so people will no longer be able to break out their slave family members from their prison worksites.

I never wanted to actually live in the Cyberpunk 2020 world. I was just hoping for some of the bonuses instead of all of the negatives.
